In Oregon, mushroom-picking programs that help homeless people are under threat of Forest Service regulations. Update: Forest Service suspends new mushroom-picking permits for the season! Well, make that just one new opportunity for the homeless.

But, surely more work can be generated for the homeless--in every city, every community!
